Timescales can vary depending on your requirements. For instance, if we have stock and you need a specific component then this should be with you in a matter of days. For a full system fit out it would normally be in the region of 2 to 6 weeks.

Yes. We offer purchase and lease options. This is normally available up to 60 months. For a no obligation quote simply get in touch.

All our products come with a standard 12 month warranty. However, we have secured 24 months as standard with some of our partners.

Our projectors are supplied with 5000 lumens. The minimum recommended lumens for a low light environment would be 3000. If your room is subject to more ambient lighting then we would recommend a higher lumens brightness. Although most golf simulator rooms tend to be dark in nature, so three to four thousand lumens should be ample. Contrast ratio is also an important factor when choosing a projector.

Yes. We provide support during your warranty period. This could be by telephone, online or face to face. We also have a remote support facility for extra piece of mind.

The Bravo BV21 high speed camera and sensor system provides both ball data and club data. Most systems only provide ball data.

We are always on hand to remedy any issues that may arise. We are available Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. If there is a hardware problem then we will endeavour to have an engineer with you within 48 hours.

Yes. We normally take a deposit to secure your order. The balance would then be due 7 days prior to your installation date.

Bravo golf simulators are designed and manufactured in South Korea. They have been in the business for more than 11 years. We are distributors here in the UK and Europe.

There is no hard and fast rule to room size. However, if you want to hit from the centre of the hitting mat then you would need around 4.5 meters in width. Ceiling height is the most critical and we would normally recommend 3 meters. The depth can vary depending on what the simulator is going to be used for. In a customers home it can be as little as 5 meters. However, in a commercial environment where there are more people in close proximity to the players, more space will be required for health and safety reasons.

Yes. You can use your golf simulator room as a cinema room too. Our equipment provides the option to watch movies or play the latest games.
